Quality Control Processes for Manufacturing

IMGC conforms to quality checks at every stage of production starting from the Raw Material, Ghee & Cooking Oil to Processing and Packing. The consumer requirements are matched to the ISO Standards that include Quality testing, Environmental factors, and Food Safety measures. Moreover, a Chemical specialist inspects each and every stage of the process. The Chemist ensures that only the products that pass the checklist move forward to the next phase. Through effective implementation of quality, environmental, food safety program, IMGC has been able to develop and produce best brands for the consumers’ satisfaction. The process is applied on all three units.

ISO 14001:1996 & 14001:2004 (Environmental Management System Requirement with Guidance for Use)

Achieved this International Standard to enhance the overall performance of environmental activities. This International Standard covering environmental management are intended to provide organization with the elements of an effective environmental management system (EMS) that can be integrated with other management requirements and help organization achieve environmental and economic goals.

HACCP (Food Safety Management System)

HGGM is the first HACCP certified ghee & cooking oil manufacturing unit in Pakistan. HACCP provides the food safety guidelines at overall stages of goods manufacturing, handling, and storage.
